Maureena E. Bivins, Licensed Acupuncturist, is the owner and director of services at Balanced Beauty. Her education in acupuncture and Asian medicine gives her a unique perspective on health, beauty, and wellness. Her knowledge of energy medicine is key to the services offered at Balanced Beauty. Maureena has been working in the health field in the Conejo Valley since 1995. She is currently completing her doctoral studies in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis on Somatics at the Santa Barbara Graduate Institute.

Sara E. Costello, Licensed Esthetician since 2004. She attended Simi Valley School of Cosmetology for her esthetician qualifications and furthered her education at the International Dermal Institute in Los Angeles. Sara has also completed the course for microcurrent technology, a primary service featured at Balanced Beauty. In addition to skincare, she attended the Kali Institute of Massage and Somatic Therapies in Ventura to earn certification in massage, contributing to the overall effectiveness of her facials.
